I’m Misha, and I set up this lifestyle blog as part of the 21 days of gratitude challenge. According to studies if you recall 3 things you are grateful for each day over the course of 21 days consecutively you can ‘rewire’ your brain to be happy.
As someone who has gone through a low period in life where a challenge like this may have been exactly what I need to focus on the small or even big blessing in my life so as to shift the focus from the negative aspect which like a black a hole of doom would take all my attention. I hope this blog can cheer you up by helping you appreciate the good things as well to entertain, inform and appreciate the beauty in our everyday lives.
